      WILDING TIPS / Time Line

Just asking for some charity and actual methods process of wilding. I've been trying to wild for a few weeks and havent been successfu; but I haven't given up. Just maintaining a possitive attitude. I've been reading alot and wanted some clarification.

      When i wild:
I lay in a comfortable position and dont move. Dont swallow until SP kicks in. I've heard that muscle twitching helps but only tried it a few times so i don't notice the difference. While laying down and waiting for SP i also use the reverse blinking to help me relax and put my mind in a relaxed state.

I was wondering when i should stop using Reverse Blinking

as in what method orders do you guys use?
in example. Reverse blink until you start to see some HI's?
and also how can i help induce HH's. I've heard something about spinning the object but is that before or after you start to see images. The real problem for me is getting to HI and HH, (Im starting to WBTB) so the rem cycle's not the problem. so im pretty much stuck on SP waiting to enter a dream. any tips would be appreicated

IDK. I don't even really know what reverse blinking is. I assume it means opening your eyes quickly, tho. I havent had much sucess w/ wilding either. I try to fall asleep, but after the first hour I just give up.

You dont need to get HI in a WILD attempt. Whenever I wild I rarely have visual hallucinations. mine are auditory and tactile.

What I do is just count my breathing on every exhale. I drift off every once in a while into thoughts , but when I realize it I just go back to the number I was at and continue, until I make it into a state where my mind is really clear and relaxed. Then I'll notice SP signs and hopefully make a smooth transition into a dream. btw I use WBTB mostly.

maybe try staying up for less time when you wake up or when you wake up, dont move or open your eyes, just go straight to WILD
      I don't have a signature

      Or do I?

actually to stop swallowing is NOT necessary, there are a few tutorials which mention this point.
In fact, you also swallow when you sleep, so it is a movement which does not warn you body or whatever. If you swallow 'naturally', i.e. not thinking about it, just letting it happen, it is no problem and for me it was a lot easier like this.

At the beginning I always tried to not do it and i just got fucked up after a while and could not relax. But actually after reading about it and a bit more practise I wilded successfully and I did swallow.
I'm not the signature, I'm just cleaning here.

Ah yeah it might be because i wake myself up too much before i attempt wild. The real problem with me and most wilders is getting to that next stage and transitioning over. Once i achieve SP and relax my mind i get this pulling sensation in my head and it feels as if something is about to happen but it never does.

Also quick question. Do you wilders wait for full SP in order to achieve WILD or could you do it with partial SP?
