      youTUBE and LDing

      Hey, I've been reading through these forums for about a year now.
      I've had two short lived successes with WILDing.

      There are several videos on youTUBE claiming that they induce Lucid Dreaming.
      Seems pretty boogus, but the little success I had was over 6 months ago and I'm getting a bit frustrated.
      Is it worth my time to try working with these videos or are they complete bull?

      are you talking about the ones that use binaural beats and put hypnotic stuff in there or are you talking about videos in which people talk about different techniques?

      I am guessing you want to know about the ones with binaural beats and other things. Well it works for some people while it doesn't for other. They definitely don't work for me though. Only way to find out is to try it.

      And also if WILD doesn't seem to work for you, dont get discouraged. There are soooooo many different techniques out there that you should try and if it doesn't work, move on to the next one. Its all about experimenting and find out which technique is most affective for you.
