Can someone Tell me the best way to LD for me?

Right, I used to be very good at lucid dreaming haha. Then i just Gave up, what worked best for me. Was, Auto suggestion, But only worked 3 times then just Stopped all together. DILD's used to come often, But not when i was prepared. WBTB, worked VERY well. but only when i was ill off school. and woke up at about half 7 stayed up for half n hour and went back to sleep. But thats not an option as im in the middle of GCSE stuff so like time off school is kinda stupid. And DEILDs worked well.. But im strugling at the minute. last night i had a DILD but it ended quickly.. ANd i didn't get much done. i usually go to sleep at like 2 am, and wake up in the morning and have about 5 short naps in between 5 am to 10 am. Aney help on what i can do to get lucid Tonight? : )

no i don't have a dream journal aneymore, but i go over in my head what my dreams wer the minute i wake up and have good dream re-call. + im doing reality checks during the day.
We all are so deeply interconnected; we have no option but to love all. Be kind and do good for any one and that will be reflected. The ripples of the kind heart are the highest blessings of the Universe.

hmm.. it seems a lot of stuff works for you. i would just choose the one that you like the most and be patient, it sounds like you are doing all the right things.

I am new here so not sure what I am doing but what works for me is two things.

1,put your right forearm on your forehead.

2.clench your back teeth together quite tight until you hear and feel a pressure noise in your ears and head, make this noise a constant rhythm and it will eventually continue without clenching.

This can take you into an awake mode "drift" and awareness when you start to dream.

I call it a "Drift" because that is what it feels like, drifting off but aware you are.

Not sure if it will work for others but has worked for me for years.
