hmm.. it seems a lot of stuff works for you. i would just choose the one that you like the most and be patient, it sounds like you are doing all the right things. |

Right, I used to be very good at lucid dreaming haha. Then i just Gave up, what worked best for me. Was, Auto suggestion, But only worked 3 times then just Stopped all together. DILD's used to come often, But not when i was prepared. WBTB, worked VERY well. but only when i was ill off school. and woke up at about half 7 stayed up for half n hour and went back to sleep. But thats not an option as im in the middle of GCSE stuff so like time off school is kinda stupid. And DEILDs worked well.. But im strugling at the minute. last night i had a DILD but it ended quickly.. ANd i didn't get much done. i usually go to sleep at like 2 am, and wake up in the morning and have about 5 short naps in between 5 am to 10 am. Aney help on what i can do to get lucid Tonight? : ) |
