It's weird how that works and I have noticed a similar thing with myself. When I sleep on my side I don't get sleep paralysis as often. |

i don't know but everytime i've had sleep paralysis, i was lying on my back although i prefer my side and i would say the same with lucid dreams but does it really matter? |

After LDing I usually wake up on my stomach. |

Any position works, many people have it work better on their back. I for one cannot fall asleep on my back. I think the position you fall asleep in increases chances, as long as you stay awake. |

if you can read this then you are about to be punched
I really don't think your position in bed affects anything. I would suggest just doing whatever is comfortable and don't worry about it. |

i think its because you move more or have a better chance of moving laying on your side, on your back you have more surface area so your more stable, making it easier to get SP |
