All I can say is relax and wait. For some people it can take a week, for some it can take months. It may even come when you least expect it,
try the WBTB method if you have not yet.

      Don't get frustrated about it.

Frustration and stress = less LDs
What if I told you that I am dreaming right now?
That your whole life is a lie?
That the laws of physics as you know them are incorrect?

Furthermore, what would you do if I told you I'm going to wake up as soon as you finish reading my signature?

      Thanks they did
      But i have a question.
It takes me abit to fall asleep once i am awake
if i stay up 30mins and reaserch about lucids and that and i go back to sleep which might take me an 30mins+ would i be able to set my alarm any time in the night?
      thanks

Far as I know, the WBTB technique is for people who can sleep even after they just woke up. In my case, I find that if I was to wake up, I'll have a hard time falling back asleep, at least I used to, not sure about it now. My advice is to relax and enjoy it. I'm in the same boat. I tried extensively for 2 days, WILDing for ~1.5h each and almost got to SP, so, was feeling heaviness, numbiness, etc.... but no results. I took a break for 4 days or so and bam, I get an accidential LD out of nowhere. It was short but at least, it removed my doubt about whether its possible or not. Just keep trying and knowing that it'll eventually help. At least you have good dream recall, might is just plain horrible, maybe a dream every 2 weeks or so

Just continue to keep the thought in your head that you could be dreaming at any time, as much as possible. Constantly be on the lookout for anything abnormal at all. And of course, do lots of RC's. Eventually the questioning will work it's way into your dreams. Don't worry, as long as your both patient, and persistent, you will get there.

Also, when I WBTB I only do it for ten minutes. On my days off I will sometimes do it several times a night. I often get Lucid after the second one. Last night I got Lucid after the first and only one. During those ten minutes I will try to keep my thoughts on my intention to become Lucid, singlmindedly. And hold that focus all the way into sleep. Not always able to concentrate that hard though, But I always try.

      Copied from above.

I too have a hard time falling asleep if I stay up for too long. that's why I only do it for ten minutes. It's just long enough to make your mind a little more alert, and to set your intention. But if that still keeps you up. Just keeping the questioning going during the day, should still be enough to eventually get you Lucid. The WBTB during the night, is just kind of like a helpful kick start as you go into REM. But it's not absolutely necessary.
