Hey it's me again. I tried to WILD twice last night, one time in the afternoon and one at night. I used the breathing technique and it helped me relax and focus. When I go to like 50 breaths I started to frequently feel like I was in a dream but in third person. Then all of a sudden the "dream" would go away then I'd have another random one a few minutes or seconds later. My body also felt kind of numb, but I didn't feel any vibrations. I knew I could move if I wanted to but I got this kind of feeling like when I'm sitting on the couch nice and relaxed and when my parents call me to do something when and I don't feel like moving (that's probably a bad metaphor). However, as I was really getting into it my mom shouted my name to tell me something. So if I keep this up will I make some progress toward WILDing? |
