Main LD goals:
- Futuristic/sci-fi/cyberpunk big city
- Fantasy role-playing game
- Flight and other super powers
- Use lucid dreaming as a study-aid
- Personal development, inner peace etc
Calm down, try a different method. DEILD or MILD are both 100% effective for me. If you go to WILD you need to relax, let everything go for a quite a while. I suggest doing them in the morning. If all else fails DEILD, it only takes about 10 seconds of staying still. |

The evening hangs beneath the moon, a silver thread on darkened dune.
With closing eyes and resting head; I know that sleep is coming soon.
Upon my pillow, safe in bed,
A thousand pictures fill my head,
I cannot sleep , my mids aflight;
and yet my limbs seems made of lead. ---Whitacre's Sleep---

okay, i think i'm having a dry spell. |

I suggest that you stick with DILD and then go WILD when your better at LDing in general. |
|
The majority of my LD's are WILD is because I am naturally good at it. I suffer from SP without having to induce it. (Well most of the time) |
|
When I used to have good WILD success I used to nap around 6:00 PM or set the alarm an hour before you usually wake up and try then... Just stay incredibly still and don't give up... Let sleep paralysis pass by, then open your eyes and reality check. |
