Thread: I realize I am sleeping, kinda...

I remember a dream about a week ago where i was walking around my school and it was very foggy and there were lots of vines and everything where I was walking. I remember saying to myself "am i dreaming" and then i replied back to myself

" no this is too real to be a dream"

WHAT?! I totally ripped myself off!

How can i stop myself from always believing I am dreaming! I should of realized I was dreaming right there but my mind told me it was too real to be a dream!

What caused it and how can I stop this from happening again? This is about the second or third time its happened.

ive had this! i did a time check RC in a dream once an it failed (the time constantly kept changing) an i thought in the back of my mind "i must be dreaming" but i couldn't convince myself. it seemed TOO real. your best bet would to probably do more than one RC like a time RC and a hand RC. where you see if you can push one hand through the other. thats all i could think of.

I have had this happen as well. I have just learned about Lucid dreaming and at the time, didn't know I could do RC. I will have to see if I can do it next time
