Question Brainwave Entrainment(Brainwave Mind Voyage) Dangerous?

      Hey,
I've recently discovered brainwave entrainment, the brainwave mind voyage thing to achieve lucid dreaming by using binaural beats or something like that. I'm afraid to use it because I'm not sure if it's trustable or dangerous.
Has anyone used it, tell me your experience and recommendation should I use it or not while sleeping to help obtain lucid dreaming.
Is it dangerous to use, or fine to use because I don't want to start having mind problems and regretting it. Looking forward to a lot of responses.
      Thanks.

I've used a fair few different ones. Have never had any results so far, but no bad effects from it.

I can't say it's not dangerous as I have no idea, I assume it isn't, but again, no idea. I use it everyso often. Sometimes I find if anything I have strange dreams, but not necessarily lucids.
my only regret is losing my original dream journal.

Hm, I'll give it a try and post my results but before I could do that, the format is in FLAC, does anyone know how I can get it on ipod without losing quality, because that wouldn't be good if the audio is affected since that is what's depended on.

Only if you use a track that creates 2 simultanious different brain patterns. It can lead to brain cell death.

Hm? Not sure what you mean by create 2 simultaneous different brain patterns, can you explain that? Do you mean like creating theta and delta at the same time or something like that, as in playing two binuaral beats at the same time?

That should not be possible, and I have never heard of cell death because of it?

      This is how it works:

Left ear - Brain - Right ear
      105 Hz > 5 Hz < 100 Hz

Voilá, you have theta brainwave entrainment

Well there are different types on brain wave Entertainment. If you have 2 different types at the same time then they can be conflicting and cause problems, if you don't know what your doing that is.

I've tried many different brainwave products for lucid dreaming and none of them worked for me and by no means are they dangerous. IMO save your money and time and just use one of the techniques on this website to help you have LD's you'll stand a better chance of success.
