Turning alarm off in WILD

So, I was trying to set an alarm for a wild, but my phones alarm will buzz and buzz and buzz, and never stop. Ive heard that you cant move at all or else you will blow the chance of wilding. Can I turn my alarm off, or is there a better idea for alarm? (computer isnt an option though, different room... ) Also, I timed when I wake up, and I seem to wake up about an hour and a half at a time. If I get to sleep at 10, when should the alarm be set? (I dont know too much about WHEN to wild) Thanks

Your phone got an option for like Beep Once or something. Try that with a loud noise if you can. Otherwise Lucid weaver has an alarm that stops by itself. Just roll over and turn off the alarm. Ignore that 'don't move' stuff. Keep it to a minimum, but it doesn't mean you can't twitch a single muscle. If you didn't wake up in SP, you didn't wake up in SP. If you did wake up in SP, you're not going to be able to turn off your alarm anyway.

i tryed Luced Weaver today and i was like 5% away from beeing lucid..i got half waked from the Alarm and had strange sounds in my ears and so on but then i forgot to stay constinous and just felt back to sleep...
