Need a little help

I have been trying to LD for a while. Ive been reading this forum for a while and had a question. I have had 3 LD's (I think). The first of these was very short. I got excited and thought that if I got too excited that i would wake up and i did (probable false awakening). The second seemed a little longer. after a couple of seconds tho i ended up waking up. Last night was the third experience. This one felt like it went a while. I tried to do some things like fly or go to somewhere familiar but ended up always being stopped. It felt like i was having a dream about LDing. I was wondering a couple of things: -Was it possible that i was dreaming? -How can i keep a better concentration in the dreamworld? -What are some good ways to get myself motivated and excited about dreaming? If you mean that if you were having a LD then, I think you might have been. But of course you were dreaming. To keep you concentrated in the dreamworld, you could rub your hands together and tell yourself that you will stay in the dream. To keep you motivated, you could read other member's dream journals that are on the website or just let your imagination go and look forward to dreaming.

Make sure to stabilize your dream and get it nice and solid around you before you go on to do other things. Make it as realistic and involving as possible. For motivation, come up with dream goals. Things that you find interesting and exciting. For ideas, go here. Visualize your goals, imagine them, anticipate them! Watch videos of them on youtube (meaning, if you want to swing like Spiderman, watch some clips of Spidey web slinging).
