      Dream Realness

Hey, after about a month of practicing LDing I have managed to get an LD 1-2 nights after I actively tell myself I will have one. My problem now, not sure if this post belongs here , is getting realistic lucids to happen :/

In all my lucids I am fully conscious but the dream gets fuzzy, it doesn't start to fade or go black or anything, I just see as if there was a sort of mild pixilation effect over everything. My senses of hearing and ability to speak is also a bit dull too. Any tips on improving quality of my lucids???

Hm...I'm pretty sure this belongs in Dream Control

Anyway, I usually increase vividness by feeling whatever I can find in my environment. By using the sense of touch(by using any senses) your perception of the dream as what is "real" should strengthen.

There are a lot of good tips for stabilizing your dream in this tutorial.

ty I'll try that next lucid. Great Link BTW I've been sidetracked by guitar so haven't even tried lucid dreaming but I have been remembering at least 2 fragments of my dreams every night without even reminding myself to or anything. Usually around 5 actually. I never write them down though and forget almost all of it around 10 minutes later but I don't really mind since I know it's very consistent and whenever I feel like starting a dream guide I could. My high lever of confidence should help even if I wouldn't have been able to before

I might try to start a dream guide. It would probably help considerably with lucidity. possibly.... maybe.... I have noticed that a large quantity of my dreams include the guns or their discharging in one way or another. Usually resulting in me getting shot.

My theory about how in periods of great stress and fear you virtually can hardly feel the pain in injuries such as gunshots because you are in such a paniced state of survival mode. So when there's no pain, I don't think twice cause I am running like hell in the oppisite direction. Or maybe fighting back depending if I have a weapon....

This is a lengthy post..... I'll make it long just for fun...
