yoga (ex.: ashtanga yoga, hatha, namaste etc.) is a popular indian discipline that involves tuning the mind with various body poses or stretches...
dream yoga is a tibetan discipline that doesn't involve any of that... it's about lucid dreaming, obviously.
it's just that the term 'yoga' can be ambiguous because it sometimes refers to a meditative discipline but most times you hear it it's solely referring to the stretching, indian version.

-these two last nights my dreams were longer, so longer that I felt I was dreaming all the night, but they were so longer that I couldn't remember them! =P
-I'm starting to feel different, better, in my inner part.
-meditation is starting to be more peaceful, I mean, my thoughts are starting to dissolve alone....
-today, when I started dream yoga, there was a moment in where thoughts didn't appear at all, I mean, I tried to think, and the thoughts just dissolved!
but then, later, my mind started to make sounds again....
