      Has anyone seen these videos

      There is a guy on youtube called ReeceJones87
      And he has videos on very interesting topics such as his lucid experience and his crazy encounters.If you have seen it what do you think about his astral experience that he says is unlike any dream or the light being encounter.

      Not much of a fan.
      Seems too mystical and spiritualistic, for me
      I also think his 'five layers of lucid dreaming' is over complicating things.

      Not something I would endorse.

      Yeah, I have. Personally, I dig his stuff. Though, I have to be honest, I can't say I've recieved anything of practical value from his videos. Despite this, he has some very interesting things to say that helped drive my interest in lucid dreaming.

      I would say that if watch his videos, take it all with a grain of salt. Though, I have to say that that's my stance for pretty much everything.

      The only stuff of his I've seen is the levels of lucidity, which, as NN said, is way overcomplicating things.

      I watched his videos before I found his website.
      It got me into the dreamjournal for a bit but then DreamViews got me moer interested in it.
