WILDing with anchors + auto-suggestion does wonders for me.

well, my REM cycle starts about 4 1/2 hours after i fall asleep. so i just wake up and move my index finger and middle finger just enough to keep me focused. then i do that for about a minute and... wallah. one problem that i had though was when i woke up, i would think too much about what i was doing and wouldn't fall asleep. when you start moving your fingers, just turn you mind "off". only focus on moving your fingers.
      hope it helps

Right now DILD, but I've been trying to get FILD to work. I honestly haven't put much effort into it, however. Maybe in another week or two...
