Thread: WBTB help

ok i have 2 questions

if you swallow while trying wbtb will this mess you up?


does it matter if your eyes open ? mine start to force themselves open or twitch

whatever you're describing...its not WBTB. WBTB is going to sleep for a certain amount of hours, staying up for a certain amount of minutes and then going back to sleep...perhaps you're trying a WILD?

what does WBTB stand for (sorry I'm new here) I have LDed once with the technique you just discribed, that why I wonder. I thought I saw someone use it somewhere else in a context that made it sound like drug.

EDIT: Sorry mates, forgot about the Tutorials section for a minute. The answer to my question is Wake-back-to-bed and its not a drug for those of you that are reading. again sorry for the lapse in mental awareness...... *does and RC quickly, looks about suspiciusly and keeps writing*

WB2B = Wake Back To Bed

its where u sleep then wake up and get up have a drink and a piss so on , then 15 - 30 mins later fall back to sleep and its meant to put u in your last sleep cicle and icrease your LD chances if memory serves me correct.
