Your most successful way to MILD?

I'm going to try MILD to see if I can get lucid dreams more often, so I thought I'd ask the opinion of all those other MILD'ers.

What's your most successful technique when trying to MILD? Do you wake up in the middle of the night or just do it before you go to sleep? Please post and help me out!

You should wake up in the middle of the night, preferably after a dream... because the next step is to visualize yourself becoming lucid in that dream.
      Lucid dreams, gotta love em.

Well last time I was lucid I woke up about 5 hours for a WBTB and stayed up long enough to write my last dream down, pee, and do some reality checks. Then I went back to sleep and had 2 lucid dreams. One which was the most vivid so far.

There's no way to MILD for me...It rarely works with me [i'm experienced in ldreaming]...

      I have a good memory
I have a good dream recall
I have a good visualization (a perfect one that i can see details of things that i see with my "mind's eye" perfectly even if my eyes are open)

      But i can't MILD.

      Only WILD works for me
