Thread: Not Comforable in lucid dreams

Well i had lucid dream again and like all the others i was 100% uncomfortable! I just feel out of place and my dream character scare me because i know there not real so could i fix this by changing dream scene or something? Is this just because i know it's not real and i am a newbie or do i need to make it more vivid?

Lucid dreams can be as bizarre as regular dreams and give you a weird feeling. I think it has something to do with the conscious/logical mind not being used to a flexible and changing reality, a little similar to those days when we were children and did things for the first time, like our first day of school.
The more lucid dreams you have, the more your dream universe will stablelize, and you will feel more at ease.

well i would like to change the environment just to my room and all alone because knowing that nobody there is real it is rather overwhelming. I am scared that the DC will say something scary and since i believe that will happen it does! i can't get enough lucid dreams to get used to it!

Thats perfectly possible, just takes concentration, and will. Keep trying and you will get it!
