I need some suggestions

Hi all, I'm new here... I learnt to lucid dream some years ago, after what seemed like an eternity, actually it only took a few months. Recently somehow I've forgotten how to do it. My most succesful technique to trigger a lucid dream was a six or seven hour sleep followed by an hour awake, followed by a short nap, which usually had the REM state most active. Lately I've had other experiences that I think are called WILD. These have been conscious observation from first beginning to relax, to seeing a full explosion of images and scenery. Please tell me if I wrong? How do I go about learning it all over again, and what seems to interest me more is doing it the WILD way, which I never really learnt to do, except once by self experimenting.

Thanks! I've always tried to get my hands on a good lucid book, so i'll keep that one in mind...
