Well for me deilds have been the easiest, i've had several of these and one i think either this week or last week, actually one time i had two deilds in on morning. If you're really tired and sleepy wilds should work, i've had a vew wilds, i'm slowly but surely learning not to move during wilds . But the only times i've had them is when i was really sleepy, i long to have a lucid from a mild, mild is my favorite because it involves visualizing which is fun.
