This happens to me a lot - I think the sleep paralysis is so weak at this spot, that it fails by stronger impulse. I usually wake up "tripping" (actually moving) in my bed. |

I know I can't be the only one who has had this. Like, you'll be falling asleep, not paying barely any attention at all to the outside world, when suddenly you'll feel like you were walking and just tripped and started falling and jolt out of your potential dream. |

This is called hypnogogic myoclonic muscle twitch. This means your body is firing test shots at your mind. When this happens just observe them. As you relax you might witness this happening a few times. Just be prepared b/c its likely your body will go alseep very fast & is liable for taking you with it. |
