havnt been here in a while i think about lds allot and try (half assed) almost every night but tonight im gunna try to imagine myself sinking through my mattress until im under my bed. Then illl try to envision myself under the bed touching the bottom of my bed and the carpet tryi g to see all the details. i find doing the gradual weight distribution meditation technique while trying to imagine the sensation that there is a fingertip rested gently on the "third eye" helps me go to that "no zone" where whether you go deep or not you always come out feeling at least a little better. sounds kinda weird but its just deep relaxation while focusing. lol two contrasting things |
