      Itunes Visualizer and Attaining Lucidity

      I've recently rediscovered my itunes visualizer, and wondered whether it could be useful somehow in attaining lucidity. Has anyone tried anything like this? It the visualizer anything like the dream machine?

      I've never tried this (or even considered this) but it's interesting. The problem is that I have a laptop so I can't attempt this a night. Besides, keeping my eyes open only distracts me from trying to become lucid.

      Interesting thought though.

      haha, i find gleidiscope in xscreensaver on linux to be pretty trippy, i wonder if i stare at it for a few hours will it induce anything.
