Hi Guys

I have never had a real lucid dream (theres been two occasions when I was aware I was dreaming and then there was blurry/crazy images and then I could control myself, but in both occasions it wasn't clear at all and I had limited control).
Recently, I have been trying to get back into lucid dreaming and have been experimenting with this newly-popular technique:

This is the last five attempts at lucid dreaming I have had:

Monday 5AM: Because my parents don't want my pc running all night, I have to get up at this time to start the custom alarm clock that I am going to use for the "CAN-WILD". I am very excited at trying the technique because a few nights ago I tried it I got SP within seconds of waking.
This state of excitement led me to finding it hard to get to sleep. Without even realising it, I realised that by sitting there waiting I was actually attempting a WILD, so I went with it. I focused on trying to enduce flashing lights and ringing in my ears, and it happenned. I felt my upper body stiffen and contract as my head lifted, and a tingle ran through my body. Ringing intensified and my eyes were flashing and looking upwards. After this, I had some strange visualisations but nothing as spectacular. After about 5 minutes, I decided it would be better top rol over and try get to sleep to try to get lucid when the custom alarm went off.

Monday 5:30AM: So I fall asleep and was woken by the custom alarm. Within seconds a tingle came over me although I wasn't tired enough to get back to sleep and I just sat there before getting up and going to work.

Monday 8:30AM: After the WILD I had had earlier that morning, I thought it would be wise to try to get into SP when I attended my Monday Meditation group. I am pretty good at meditation, but this time I decided to try to get SP since my unintentional WILD had gone so well. I managed to get SP and the tingle came over me and eyes rolled upward, although once again, nothing happenned after that and I then decided to start using a mantra, which didn't help me get lucid but was great anyway...

Tuesday 5AM: This time I decided to try get less sleep so I would have more of an urge to get back to sleep when trying to get lucid. Went to bed at 12, woke up and tried to WILD after setting up the custom alarm. I was getting better at achieveing ther the tingling sensation, which I now presumed was the start of SP. This time once I got there, I tried bringing an image of a cup into my mind, which I tried to pick up using my dream hands. I tried visualising a landscape around the cup, and this didn't work either. Then I tried rolling back and forth (like rocking) in my bed, and this felt really wierd, but still wasn't getting lucid. I gave up and thought I'd roll over and try get to sleep (I usually sleep on my stomach and meditate/wild/whatever on my back). Since I was going to get out of this state anyway, I thought I'd give it a really good shot at rolling over and if I did actually physically roll over it'd be no biggy since I wanted to do that anyway. When I triewd this, it was really strange, like I was fighting against some unknown pressure. It was unearthly, but still no lucid. I rolled over and got to sleep.

Tuesday 6AM: alarm rings, SP in seconds again. And again, no luck as I am stuck in a position where I know I should become lucid but don't know how.

I really feel like I have the opportunity to get lucidity, and that i am really proficient at getting to that tingly/eyes flashing/rolling upward/ringing in ears state, but from there i am stumped.
What should I be doing from here? Any good tutorials? Anybody want to adopt me for a month because I'm on the verge of getting it?

Thanks in advance
Luke
