a few moments of lucidity/dream control?
A few moments of lucidity/dream control? Sometimes when I am having a dream there will come a situation that I would like to have go a certian way and I think "I'm want this to happen, I am going to do this" and fairly often that thing does happen and then I sorta relax agian and go along with the dream. Is this a kind of lucid dreaming?
I have had dreams before with moments of total lucidity where I think "I am dreaming, so I'm going to jump off this building and fly", but those moments of control are a bit diffrent
sorry if the post is confusing, but I'm a bit confused myself
