Last night I took a B complex pill that had about 5 mgs of B-6 in it. During that night I had a extremely long and vivid dream. I was also lucid at one point and had quite amazing super powers. Tonight I plan to use 100 mgs and see how it goes...Trust me, this stuff is worth it.
