      B-6 I love you :D

Last night I took a B complex pill that had about 5 mgs of B-6 in it. During that night I had a extremely long and vivid dream. I was also lucid at one point and had quite amazing super powers. Tonight I plan to use 100 mgs and see how it goes...Trust me, this stuff is worth it.
God, grant me the courage the change the things I can, the serenity to accept the things I can't, and the wisdom to know the difference...

Try taking the B-6 right before you go to sleep. I have read on some other posts that B-6 gets out of your system fairly quick. If you take it right before you go to bed, the effects of the vitamin should still be lurking when you reach your first few REM cycles. If you take it a few hours before you go to sleep (I'm not sure about this), the effects may be gone by the time you even reach your first dream.

      Best used with
Pyridoxine should be taken together with the entire B group vitamins, and in supplementation the quantity of B6 should be nearly the same as B2, as the B 2 is needed to activate the Pyridoxine. *

Vitamin C is a good partner in nutrition and magnesium, sodium, potassium, zinc, linoleic acid and fatty acids make good running mates.

      Well shit...Is this true?

Hey yeah I was wondering when would be the best time to take B6, as the few times that I have taken it have been rather dud, and instead I could nto recall half as much, and my sleep seemed 'groggy'. I've been getting real close with my WILDs in the morning, so maybe I will try b6 again tonight.
