Thread: Are binaural beats helpfull to reach lucid dreams?

Ive tested last night a sound file with binaural beats + english voice ( i am german)

but that was horrible. I reached the body paralysis state but whatever i did i couldnt step ot even see a dream or something like real ;-(((
But i dont know why but i felt the next morning not so sleepy than i thought ^^

Did a sound or music ever help you to reach lucid dreams?

For explenation: I am a beginer and try ti reach lucidy dreams sinc 4 days

I hope you can give me good advices how to begin the road to lucid dreams ^^

A lot of people find Binaural Beats helpful, but they don't work for everyone, and you'll probably hear some people saying they don't work for anyone.

I downloaded today a binaural beat fil but without any voice maybe this will work i hope so ^^

Which technique is actually the best for beginners?

Just i said i am a beginner and dont know so much about the lucidy and the techniques
