      FAs induced by alarm?

The other day I had something interesting happen. I thought it would be fun to see what would happen if I set my Iphone alarm off every 5 minutes from 6:20-7 am. What happened was I woke up around 15 times (7 were just dreams) to turn it off on habit, when it only went off 8 times. I also noticed the clock listing weird times like 1 am.

If I made a note to RC every time I saw a time not around 6-7, could this be turned into a DILD technique?

Yeah it can induce FAs but from my experience of LDs from FAs they don't last long unless you do the spinning techniques or other ways to prolong the dream. Some may argue that that's not really true but I think reason Y they had it long is because the mind slipped back into dream state after being lucid and continued from there.
