How does it feel doing DILD?

I read that DILD is done by going from an awake state and sort of day-dreaming into lucid dream

How is it supposed to feel? Is it like WILD where you feel vibrations and sleep paralysis, and you step into your little dream world?

Quite the opposite. A DILD is a dream intiated lucid dream. To where you are in the subconscious dream state and you THEN become aware that you are actually in a dream.

Well I guess what you say would be in the from of trying to incubate a lucid dream by thinking about it before sleep or doing reality checks in your waking life to obtain lucidity during a sleep stage.
Do you follow where I am coming from?
