I haven't had any luck lately I set-up a dream journal and I have a pretty good Idea of when one of my REM cycles start cause one night I woke up at 1:20 and I had slight fragments of a dream.So I know to set my phone to about 1:00 maybe a bit before it to increase my recall at least but where would it be most effective to put it cause I could set it for 1:00 to recall my dream then maybe 3:00 to attempt to induce a lucid maybe I'll do that after I find out my REM cycles but yeah where should I put my phone for it to vibrate and wake me up? replies would be nice no grammer nazi's please
