A way to lucid dream.... ( unless your an idiot... stick to other techniques)

This is one of the stupidist ways to reach a lucid dream... but i assure you if done right... it works....

Well... this technique requires forcing yourself to pass out....

Before you do this.... tell yourself you will lucid dream will out... this works exceptionally well for me because you keep partial conciousness and remember your statement.

Crouch down.... tuck your head in tight to your body.... and take very deep... quick breaths in and out each out breath counts as one.... do this to 50.... then stand up extremely quick and blow on your thumb very hard....

thats it... you will pass out....

Now... this is stupid because it deprives your brain of oxygen... this can kill you... or your braincells.....

I assure you though... if you do want to take a risk and try it... go ahead... but I am not responsible. .

Ive done it 3 times and succeeded with a lucid dream every single time..... still havent died yet... but I am never going to do it again... because i wake up very tingly every time and that can be a sign of a stroke..

dont try it... just dont... stick to other techniques..

I fail to see how this would help with lucidity.

      Trolling?

Good luck and enjoy your oxigen deprivation and, eventually, death.

Not trolling.. I am not a troll.... see.... for some reason you almost always dream when you do this,.... and because you keep partial consciousness the whole time... It is easier to realize you are dreaming.. however... it is completely stupid and an idiotic thing to do

How does this technique specifically help you keep partially consciousness?

When you Make yourself black out.

And also... Im really not sure... You dont have control over yourself but also the lapse in consciousness is generally less than a minute.... from there... you are either awake or in a dream.... for me,,, I was in a dream... and I knew to do a reality check when I thought I had waken up.
