Strange Dreams

I see many threads on here where someone will encounter something strange in their dreams- a person they are sure they have known, scenes which seem to be from another life, contact with other entities, etc - and then ask the community what it is. Is this a past life? Was this entity contact? Did I really just leave my body? I am asking anyone who has such experiences to please not take this forum as an authority on dreams, or any such experiences. Very often the responses will be dismissive. "They are just dreams," "That's just sleep paralysis." Do not believe what others tell you about your own experiences. Take their opinion into consideration, but if you base yourself solely other people's ideas you will cut yourself off from your own exploration. Mainstream science barley has a handle on what reality is, nevermind dreamviews forum. Dreams are a fascinating place to explore. And while I'm not telling you to believe in things like past lives and shared dreaming, I am just reminding you that with such unexplored territory, your experiences and opinions are just as valid as anyone else's.
