Thread: Shared Dreaming Story

I was walking around town with my buddy and an ex employee at my work and my buddy told me about this dream his girlfriend told him about. She wakes up crying and wakes him up because in the dream and they were sleeping next to eachother and some girl in this dream broke up their wedding and she woke up crying and sad. He told her if they were getting married and she said yeah and some girl broke it up, and he said "yeah". Now, my buddy does not know anything about dreams and stuff, but i told him about "shared dreaming" and to look it up, but i also told him what it probably was. They were both on the bed next to eachother and you can communicate to eachother even when you're sleeping, and that is probably why they dreamed of the same thing at the same time, just like a person who is wide awake can talk to someone dreaming and they can respond. He said it was not entirely the same, like hers was on a sandy beach, and his was someplace else (can happen even if shared dreaming is real...imagery can easily change between eachother). Anyway thought i'd share this with you guys. I don't believe in SD personally, but it doesn't matter what i believe or don't believe.
