Precognitive or not?

Lately I've been having, not really precognitive dreams but dreams with differet themes that come true during the day. It's been really weird and yesterday it freaked me out. I had a dream one of my classmates was selling drugs (he's usually very shy and I remember getting chocked by that in the dream) and then our whole class went to his place. He lived in a really big appartment wich was decorated to resemble the outdoors, and it was crammed with hippies and ravers. Everyone danced and for some reason the word "love" was written everywhere. - End of the dream. That day I was going to a park too meet my class and have a farewell-party (school ends in a week) and to everyone's suprise, that guy I dreamt of was selling beer. When we came to the park we saw that there was a hippie-festival there, no one knew that before and we had not planned it. The place was full of, guess what? Hippies and ravers. And also, the festivals main theme was LOVE. So what do you think? Coincidence?

Well there are people who might say "there were subtle clues leading up to this event that your mind was able to decipher before the event occured." And sure, coincidence is possible as well. But was there any particular advantage to having the knowledge beforehand that you might be put in a situation where this guy was selling drugs or beer? For instance, are you a person that is particularly offended by such behavior, and would try to avoid a situation like that?
