Dreaming of an OBE?

Now that iv'e introduced myself in the newbie forum i'd like to ask a question! Something that i find fun to do whilst lucid dreaming is to attempt to have an OBE. I just kind of force myself out of my body, it seems quite easy to do and have never been unsucsessful. Each time i do this the sensation is exactly the same, its a completley overwhelming feeling. I feel as though i am traveling upwards extreamly fast and i can feel the gravity pulling against my face and everyhing goes noisy like im taking off in an areoplane. Once my movement comes to a stand still its dark and i cant see anything (except for one time i saw lazer type lights shooting from each side of the place). On Monday i treid this and i couldnt move out of a horizonatal position (once i had stopped and reached the darkness) then i dreamt someone came to help me move out of this position and brought me back down. I have never been able to look at my body though. Im wandering whether im just dreaming of having an OBE or am i actualy achieving this? My opinion is that im just dreaming of having an OBE (as i can never look down and see my body). Even if i am just dreaming it its worth it for the the rush that i get from doing this (though kind of scary)!

The only thing I could tell you to do is to try reading a book at this point! Even if you do read it, you could still be dreaming....so you can never be sure!
