Ok so just a quick one. I recently had an OBE but got pretty freaked out as I thought I was actually dead. The first thing I want to ask is that I seen a shadow on my wall that was a bit freaky (in my OBE) is this normal? It was scary. Also I heard my mum arguing but when I awoke she was asleep in her own room as she had been before, is this just my memory or something else? Thank you.

"is this normal" Lol, it was an OBE slash dream, there is no such thing as "normality" there. It could have been anything, but nothing to worry about.

Hearing voices, and generally experiencing unexpected disturbances is very normal prior to an OBE/AP. If anything, it is an indication of being on the threshold of a very deep level of detachment from the physical senses, which means a great opportunity to experience something not of the physical world. This will often seem scary, but it is not dangerous. Recently, I had an experience where - apparently - someone stood next to my bed and said, slowly and with a deep, ominous sounding voice: "Kali Nag!" This woke me up. And there was no one standing anywhere.

That's really cool, any idea what that was/meant? O.o Well, I looked it up afterwards, and it seems "Kali Nag" is the name of an hindu snake god. It is worshipped in certain places. Personally, I find it quite interesting, but I'm unsure what to make of it.

Maybe you stumbled upon the term some time ago and it got stored in your subconscious and resurfaced for some reason.
