      almost there

Ok I thought this was very cool and I decided to share my expierience. So I am trying to astral project and have been trying for over a year now. I started listening to binaural beats and laid on my back. I eventually got to the point where my whole body was numb and I felt like I was floating. Then I waited a little while keeping my mind as blank as possible and then a rush of energy like a wave shot down my spine and made me way tingly. I felt like I was being stretched back and forth, up and down. I got excited though and accidentally opened my eyes. I closed them again and completely relaxed again and even quicker I felt this wave. I wonder is this what it means to have vibrations and am I getting any closer to astral projection. I also saw the ceiling with my eyes closed like my conscienceness was shifting and leaving my brain.

I know this seems repetitive but I want someone to reply, honestly. After this much effort into making this thread the least anyone could do is respond. I know someone here has astral projected before. Please respond

I haven't astral projected before but I've had sensations like that when WILDing and DEILDing. I always love the sensations, they're really fun.

When I was little it happened when interacting with people with distinct voice intonations and mannerisms.

ASMR only gets me to pleasant sleep, the tingling is mild and relaxes me. I wish there could be a way to turn this into something else more productive to LD or AP.
