try combining some basic slow meditation style breathing with some basic yoga positions.

is this preparing for WILd or just stress relief?

If you are very stressed its very logical your heartbeat is up and so is your adrenaline!!

So pick a meditation then that lowers your heartbeat then also your adrenaline is getting lowered and your stress experience will drop from that!

Meditation but also hatha yoga could be used for that and all other things from a walk in a forrest or music u like or a good back and neck massage.
Take a deep breathe in and relax!

You might want to try meditating on a mantra. "Aum" is a commonly used one, and the Hindus think it has religious significance. Sit in a chair, straight up in a comfortable position. Close your eyes and just sit there with closed eyes for about a minute. Try to relax. Then, start saying "Aum" in your head over and over. Don't hum it. Just say it. Don't strain to think it or to concentrate on it. Just keep gently repeating it silently. Your mind will wander, but that's okay. Just very gently, almost completely effortlessly, go back to the mantra. Glance at your watch or clock from time to time. After 20 minutes, open your eyes and just sit there and chill for a few minutes. It is recommended that people do that twice a day, at least six hours and no more than 12 hours apart.

That type of meditation is supposed to be super-incredible in a lucid dream. I haven't tried it, but I plan to.

I also recommend at least 20 minutes of aerobic exercise at least three times a week. That will make you feel better and have a lot less stress.
How do you know you are not dreaming right now?
