      out of (body, control)

I have an odd sleeping pattern, I also sleep on my back. I usually fall asleep around midnight, wake up at 2:30am, fall back asleep about 4am, wake up again at 6am. Some nights, I lay still and trick my body into thinking I'm asleep. From here, a WILD or an OBE happens.

Lately though, I've been laying so still, so unaware that I can remember leaving my body 3 or 4 times in a row. Perhaps I'm just so tired, but I can't recall what I do during this time. The dreams or OOBEs do not last that long, maybe 10-15 seconds, but I would like to learn to control this behavior.

Also, I no longer feel the warm vibrations, but I feel something. It is vibrations, but it's like they are only getting more intense, not faster.

Does anyone have theories or ideas or information about what could be causing the lack of retention, how to fix it, how to take control during these episodes?

      Hello,

When you are phasing in and out of OBE, do you fully Exit and view your body before the memory block?

I've had this happen - but I haven't had a lack of recall between episodes. It is normal to trance out for a moment prior to OBE, but it shouldn't effect your memory of what occurs during the OBE. The only theory per se I can imagine is that you're "too" unaware, as you stated:

"I've been laying so still, so unaware.."

You might try maintaining focus on HI or physical gestalts so that you remain cognizant through the process.

First, I have not ever looked back at my body, for some reason. Second, once I did remember getting all the way out and being a few paces from my bed. I have been out further, like all the way up in the sky, but lately I have not been able to move how I expect.

One of the times I remembered to breathe with my other body, as it supposedly lets you prolong the OBE. I'm going to try spinning in a circle next time.

I find it if you think to much about your body whilst OBE you would get right back in, I have not that much of a expirience about this, but for me when it happens by itself, It usually starts by me seeing my own body laid on bed from some roof like fotografic angle,(preety cool for a start) for like a minute without actually realizing it, when you do realize this you can pretty much move around, but I havenīt gone farther then my window or house, I just sudenly get pulled back
