Ok i have lost interest in lucid dreaming even after doing it because it seemed like a waste of time until today. I had a different thought in mind
Straight to the point.
When your dreaming your conscious reflecting on your subconcious e.g. if you can tell your concsious mind to awake you in your dream then thats YOUR MIND reflecting in the foreground of your subconcsious. dreams which have no meaning are usually visions withing your eyes and mind because we use our eyes so many hours of the day we also like to see things differently when your subconscious is in process and you manageto remember you will understand this as something you felt, i think usually to do with nightmares which are more common. **something to react* action, reaction.
IF you can 100% lucid dream then obviously you will not be in the foregrounf but within your subconscious right. so lets say
you want to lucid and you manage to dream of yourself driving down your road, as you start to realise a lucid experience you say 'im dreaming' and you wake up this is only but a fraction of your subconscious, it hardly makes a memory.
When you are able to lucid all the way, drive down the road and turn left into a road you havenot been in some time and you remember from a memory (back when you was 15) and also realise that you are dreaming thats 100% lucid, if you cant wake up then you must be in a coma otherwise your mind will trick you into its reality where your body will be suspended for a while while your are reflected as 'all you' in this dream.
another thing is that if your dreaming of somewhere youve never been, then this means imagination or your vision from things like text you have read or shapes, symbols. as symbology relates to everything but this is another argument. (more like solipsism hehe) 'experience makes future naturally'
What i had in mind though, was memory. its all part of the brain. we make memory in day to day lives, we forget, we remember, thats what makes us. If you can change your past within your subconscious then how would things be now.
its pretty not that simple, be calm, rest, love to sleep love to feel. awake in your dream, but love life. <--- thats my method which i used (bit like brainwashing yourself before dreaming but witha bit more passion). but the hardest part, go back into your memories, a bad one perphaps and change its outcome, feel as if your there but change it or erase it modify it as though the bad memory is not all that bad.
i havent tried this yet because your mind needs to be flexible enough to lucid dream in the first place. this wouldnt be a way to erase a bad memory after you have experienced one. or where your mind is stiff because your also down to earth and have probelms. Maybe a memory, one that you wish you could forget. one more thing is that you would need to get rid of every proof you have of this proof as in objects related to that particular time in the present. if you really want to be 100% comitted.
lets say you could lucid into your memory and change your thoughts your emotions especially this should put you into the same position and give you another chance. i say bad because this affects you more on the longterm behaviour and more clear when remembered.
If you could do this into childhood then you would think as you would then, just like hypnotherapy etc.
This should though, in my view work on the average man that in his heart wants to be happy one day or is happy now, this would be extremely hard for a depressive as they are the opposite because they would be depressed anyway in the fact that they would just use the day to day normal being sad.
please put down your thoughts and i know my english is bad (sucks)
this is also not just one theory but many i ahve read, ultimately reflecting my thoughts.
