What is this

Some times I have "dreams" or something to that effect where I am floating about my home in LA. It is always in my home in LA and I am always floating in my parents room. Then I see my parents and they see me. Is this Astral Projection. Is the figures I see the projections of my parents. Am I seeing their projetions as they are asleep. Thanks for the clarification. Be Lucid!! Well, I am not sure, but sometimes I do somewhat the same thing at night. A few times, I have gone into my parents' room, but they completely ignore me(lucky you). On the other hand, if I go see one of my friends named Chris (who seems to have this 'crush' on me!), he'll chat w/me all we both want. Not only that, but if I find Cody, usually we like to go sight-seeing. Dreams, eh! Correct (see my sig!!)!

Be Lucid!! i have never astral projected before, but based on what i've heard/read about it, it sounds to me like this is what you're doing.
