Questions about OBE's

1) Is it more probability to get Out-Of-Body-Experiences if you learn lucide- dreaming? 2) Is unpleasant to have OBE's? (Have any of you bad experience with OBE's?) 3) Is it possibly to learn lucide- dreaming without OBE's?

1. Lucid dreaming is an OBE, if other kinds than yea significantly. 2. Its unlikely if you remote view or project to the mental plane and up. Astral projection csn definately unpleasant if you don't understand. In Astral projection you pass the etheric plane to lower astral to freqeuncy most appropiate for your Astral-self. Therefore will may hear hissing, voices, even screams you'll feel the hate especially if encountered by a hatefilled lower astral creature. But they can't hurt you its best to remember to ignore them. Rookies usually grow too frantic immediately and run back too their bodies. Its unlikely lucid dreaming will be unpleasant, but once, only once, I felt uncomfortable in a non-lucid dream due to a parasite. Definately avoid. They don't attach if close yourself off. 3. lucid dreaming is an OBE but you can learn it alone.
