I have a simple question regarding meditation - I'm not way into metaphysics or anything, but I was wondering: |

yup, definitely investigate the "third eye" (or even "chakras" in general). |

As we meditate, we decrease stimuli from bodily movement, sight, thoughts, etc. As a result, we experience hypersensitivity. So the slightest tensing of a muscle can result in a powerful feeling. Next time you feel this, see if you can relax the muscles in your face and forehead. This will often eliminate the sensation. Even if you can't eliminate it that way, don't assume any "metaphysical" explanations. You may just still have far to go in teaching your muscles to relax. We can often remain tense while thinking we experience total relaxation. |

I feel pressure there when people put there finger or metal close to it. But ive noticed this happens during meditation for me as well, dont know what to think of it. |
