do you need to wake from a dream to OBE?

to do a WILD it is alot easier if you wake from a dream.
is this the same for astral projection and OBEs?
or can you do them anytime just as easy?

Yes it's alot easier to wild from a previous dream because though your awake your still in-between and in a very relaxed state which can take a while to get into if you havnt had any previous sleep. This applys to obe's and astral projections also. If you want to explore the external world you separate upon awakening if you want to explore the internal world consciously you wild upon awakening.Namaste.

"when you fall unconscious, what your mind expresses is a dream.
When you are aware, what your mind expresses is creativity. It creates your life.
When you are in a higher state of consciousness, it not only creates the life of whatever you want, but also on whom ever you want". -LifeBlissFoundation

Yes it is indeed eeasier, just like dream catcher said. About how you are already relaxed and what not
      From my rotting body,
      flowers shall grow
      and I am in them
      and that is eternity.
