      freaky dream

      ok this is a lil story
      i was dreamin i think it was suposed to be a nightmare, i was on ma bed then suddenly i felt a hand holding my head so i look at my closet i couldnt move, then something appear tehre were a message i was so scared that i closed my eyes i didn want to look at it then i suddenly woke up lookin at my closet and i still saw the message on it but it was disapearin like an after image when u look at the sun for too long then u look at the wall

      is that normal?

      I'm also interested in the message.

      However, it could have just been sleep paralysis with hypnapompic hallucinations that faded as you gained consciousness.

      That's what I would bet it was (though i don't know what hypnapompic hallucinations are), and you had the old hag syndrome, where someone grabs you or stands over your bed, and you are paralyzed, causing extreme fear.
