Chakra Energy?

After successfully have 2 lucid dreams in 2 attempts via the WBTB method, I set out to do the same this morning. However, something completely different happened. It was taking me ages to get back to sleep, and I nearly gave up, but I must have drifted off at some point. It's only been in the last few minutes that I remembered, but I was dreaming, but couldn't remember them when I kept coming back to a concious state. I then for the first time ever experienced the vibrations I have heard people talking about when discussing lucid dreaming and out of body experiences. Also, each time it happened, I saw a bright light in the centre of my vision, quite small, and..I can't remember what colour it was, it wasn't white. Green maybe? It almost felt like I had control over when they would happen. The first time I was like 'WTF?!' and made it sto pretty quickly. But then I realised what it might have been and tried slipping back into it. It lasted for about thirty seconds, and then I must have fallen into a dream as I can remember many vivid dreams now, none of which were lucid though. One time in particular, the vibrations were so strong it felt like my body was actually shaking. I felt quite scared about it, but managed to calm myself down. Ooh yeah and there were loud rining noises each time, they were what scared me most I think. I've read about them before and knew what they were, but they were just so loud. The weird thing is, I can distinclty remember 2 of the dreams I had, the latter of which seems as if i tried to copy the first one, but some of the details were different. I was on a computer watching a video in someones signature on a forum, and the video came to life and then I was in my house. Something then happened with a famous person, somehting sexual which I will not get into, but it was the most vividly sexual thing I hae ever dreamt about. I woke up, and my body felt different. There was something going on in my groin area and not physical. I have read about chakra energies before, and was wondering whether anyone could tell me whether they think I had somehow opened the chakra located at the groin. And whether possibly earlier on, when I saw the light in the centre of my vision, whether I had opened the chakra located on the forehead (I think there's one there) Thanks in advance

Yes, your assumption is correct. When you reach deep trance, the vibrations occur with much force because your astral is attempting to leave while you are still fully conscious. To do this your energy body uses much more energy than when it normally falls asleep. The vibration you feel is energy surging through the chakras; the more blocked up and weak they are, the stronger the vibrations. The more your conscious mind wanders around, the harder it is on the energy body, and again the stronger the vibrations can be. It is not harmful, just tough at first. If you practice and practice, eventually you will do a full projection, and your energy body will become "stronger" and blockages will be cleared, etc. It is common to wake up with slight vibrations after a projection attempt. You may even feel them in the middle of the day for no apparent reason. You just started doing something that your body is not used to...so it is adjusting to it. You open all chakras while projecting, and the root chakras are strong indeed. The chakra in the forehead is also called the third eye and is how you see during a projection; hence the light you saw was probably energy related.
