OBE = Out of Body Experience, correct? Can somebody explain this to me or point me in the direction of a link? Because if it's what it sounds like, I think I may have experienced this a few times, years ago, and I never really figured out what happened... I would appreciate it if somebody would tell me

Okay thanks, I think I got the idea, but I'm not sure if it's exactly what happened to me...

So a couple years ago, 8th grade Washington DC trip. Ah... fun Anyways, it was toward the end of the trip and we were making our way back to the West Coast. It must have been around 3 AM and we were snowed in at the Mississippi airport and were waiting for flight reschedule/hotel. Anyways, a section of the night was a complete blur. I had no memory of anything that happened. However, I had fragments of what I was sure was a dream, where I saw myself in the third-person and I did some weird stuff that I wouldn't normally do, so I concluded I had been dreaming. I found out later that everything I thought I saw myself doing in the third-person was stuff that actually happened.

By the way, I had not had any drugs or alchohol for the past month or so. Back then I would constantly not get any sleep for days in a row and that had no effect on me, so I wasn't really tired. I was not under tons of stress or anything.

So I'm wondering, is this an OBE? Is it something else? Or is it completely nothing?

      Cool experience Hellfire.
Judging by your explanation I think you may have been introduced to something they call hypnopompic hallucinations. A blurry state of consciousness often confused with a dream or a OBE. Half awake you experience hallucinations that would most often just be dream scene unfolding in a dream.
Do to the state you were in, your mind was at an altered state of awareness.

Sounds like an Astral projection to me also known as OBE. If you could see exactly what is happening in the physical plane and see your physical body then you were currently in your real time body which is betweena true Astral projection and your etheric plane. It was very hard to remember much due to shadow memory, it takes practice to remember alot about what went on during you're projection.
