      Was this a lucid dream or what?

      This is kind of confusing but i'll do my best to explain it.
      I was having a regular dream, when i realized that i was dreaming. I don't actually remember what happened very well, i think i realized that i was dreaming and I woke up, but fell asleep again 1 second later.
      And in this new "dream" (i actually don't know if it was a dream or some kind of astral projection due to how real it felt) I was in my bed. Everything looked exactly how it was, i had the same clothing on and everything. The thing is that i was trying to wake up by pinching and scratching myself, but some "demons" wouldn't let me do that. After struggling a lot I finally made it, and woke up.

      Well, I hope you can understand this , and has anything like this ever happened to you before?

      Maybe it was an extremely vivid and controlled lucid dream, who knows but with the astral projection i wouldnt think because you said there were some deamons.....but anything was possible

      False awekening, I have them quite often. Sometimes its very real and everything is just as in real life, but sometimes with dream elements.(which leads me to believe that people who had a false awakening with a bit of flying trown in think its an OBE). It happens quite often that I wake up in my dream again, but I'm in a completely different room, or its the same room but every object is reversed, or colors are different, or I'm under water and have to swim.
