It is the most discussed topic in this forum. I will give you some of my posts with links right here. I found this on the internet and decided to post it here. I have only tried the lucid dreaming technique and one of the OBE techniques (a few times, and it worked fairly well once and really well another time), but here is a list for those who want to look into it. http://www.newageinfo.com/9-astral-projection.htm Rainman mentioned a web site in another thread, and I checked it out. It is a very complex site that is all about astral projection (a type of out of body experience practice). The site is astraldynamics.com. Could anybody link me to a tutorial on how to have an OBE? Or do they just happen randomly? Thanks Why dont u check out ur local Library? The best way to (consously) have an OBE is to do some heavy-duty reeading. Robert Bruce is exceptionally good.
